Regular business hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

*No charge for initial consultation visit*

$95/hour (4 hour minimum per project required)

Time and a half ($142.50/hour) for work performed outside of regular business hours daily, on weekends and legal holidays

50% deposit to be paid before project begins (estimated timeline presented in proposal)

$20/day travel fee for addresses outside of Chicago

40% sourcing fee markup off total invoice of products, designs & services purchased (no hourly fee for sourcing). Additionally, a flat $50 fee will be charged per project space for sourcing expenses. Organizer receives a 20-30% Trade Discount for items purchased at The Container Store, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and Crate & Barrel

1 By 1 will properly dispose of or donate items you are not keeping from a project space. A flat $30 fee will be charged per trip to a donation site (no hourly fee for this service). Furniture, paint, construction materials, and other large items excluded

Final invoice due upon receipt

Checks made payable to 1 By 1 Organization, LLC and can be mailed to the address provided at the top of invoice

Pricing for Maintenance of Already Completed Projects

Pertaining to projects completed within 1 year of original project invoice date, the standard hourly rate will be reduced to $85/hour (no minimum required). Time and a half ($127.50/hour) for work performed outside of regular business hours daily, on weekends and legal holidays.
